Learn to take flight with Dan & Tay, as we explore the foundations of arm balances.

This 90 minute workshop has been specifically designed to teach you the mechanics and preparatory steps of arm balances, so you can understand the essential actions and movements, allowing you to approach arm balances safely with greater confidence. Expect to energise yourself through a dynamic vinyasa flow activating and targeting the areas of the body that need to be turned on to find ease in a variety of arm balances.

We will then move through targeted drills and utilise props and core work to help find balance. We will be working with arm balance asanas such as crow (bakasana), side crow, elephant trunk, flying splits, and more!

This workshop will help your body understand the mechanics of arm balances as well as develop the strength and confidence to continue to play and face challenges with resilience. As much as this workshop will incorporate strength and alignment, there will also be plenty of flow time allowing for balance between strong effort and soft ease.

This workshop is best suited to those who have 6 months + yoga experience, but if you're unsure please drop us a message.
