Menopause yoga - managing symptoms

Let’s talk about, celebrate and embrace this transformational period in our lives! Tamsin is an accredited menopause yoga teacher who, in addition to her own experience of menopause, has researched and trained in myriad aspects of the menopause, hormones and their impact on daily lives.

Her 2 hour workshop will give you the opportunity to learn more about your body, share knowledge and experiences, and practice yoga sequences to help manage symptoms and support your hormonal health and well-being.

All women welcome! No yoga or fitness level necessary.
