WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES

  • A 2-hour workshop that acts as a light-touch bridge between 2025 and 2026.

Space to pause, reflect on the year that’s been, and consciously step into what’s next without rushing it.

Starting with a simple reflection on 2025, then exploration of the astrological tone of 2026. Through gentle, body-based practices, guided visualisation, and time to reflect, participants are invited to clarify what they’re leaving behind, what they’re carrying forward, and what they want to anchor into the year ahead.

Invitation for optional light cacao on arrival.

  • Life can be overstimulating and overwhelming, the simple act of breathing can become something we forget to feel.

Most of us don’t think much about the way we breathe, but it makes a lot of difference to our health and wellbeing both physically, mentally & emotionally.

This workshop blends traditional pranayama with modern understanding, there will be practices to calm the nervous system, awaken energy, and feel into your version of presence, and also learn some science behind the process of breathing too.

Learn to map your own breathing patterns and carry these tools into daily life.

This is a gentle space to begin, revisit, or deepen your sadhana — your ongoing path of awareness and connection.

  • Rocket Yoga, devised by Larry Schultz, is a dynamic and uplifting practice, rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga, but reimagined for freedom, play and exploration.

This workshop is a journey of strength, flexibility, and self-discovery, blending discipline with creativity. We’ll combine Rocket 1 (forward folds and seated postures) with Rocket 2 (arm balances, inversions, and backbends) to create a dynamic fusion known as Rocket 3—offering a full spectrum of movement and energy.

Rocket 3 Yoga is a challenging practise and invites you to defy limits, embrace challenges, and find your inner strength. Expect hands-on assistance as I help guide you through the practice and lots of handstands! 🤸

Open to those with a strong and sustained practice, this class is not suitable for complete beginners

COURSES & BLOCKS

  • Have you wanted to try yoga but not known where to begin?

Or have you got a regular physical practice but want to explore more yogic concepts?

Whichever, this class is for you.

Yoga is made up of many elements. There is the physical practice of asana (postures), this is often the part of yoga we are most familiar with in the West. There is also pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation), among many other techniques that can guide us towards a present state.

These techniques along with philosophical teachings, form a strong foundation of self enquiry. This often can be the most beneficial part of our practice (not touching our toes, believe it or not!). Over time it’s something that can make a real difference in our lives.

Yoga isn’t one size fits all. We aren’t trying to force our bodies into a shape, but we are using the shapes to bring awareness to our bodies.

Postures will be broken down and explained, using props to deepen our understanding and add support.

Breathing techniques will be taught and repeated, offering them as a tool for yoga but also to gain understanding of our nervous system.

Grace is kind and nurturing, she hopes these classes help encourage confidence and awareness in students. She will help you build a habit as you introduce or sustain yoga in your life.
