    We’ll ignite inner fire and build strength to find balance and stability inverted!

    Building from the ground up, we’ll start with pranayama techniques to fire up the core and connect body and breath.

    After, we’ll look into the mechanics of Pincha Mayurasana, working into drills to build strength and stability.

    We’ll play with a dynamic flow that leads us into the full expression on Pincha Mayurasana.

    You’ll have a chance to play at your own pace. Sometimes that's all we need; the space and support to try new things!

    Whether you’re beginning your Pincha journey or are relatively confident in the pose, this workshop will teach you new techniques, refine your practice, and introduce creative variations - all in a supportive environment.

    Expect to leave feeling stronger, energised, inspired and equipped with a bucket-full of tools to enhance your practice.

    Open to practitioners with a sustained yoga practice - not suitable for complete beginners.
